尿道分叉有时候是晚上憋尿久了，膀胱压力大导致的！如果你是经常或长期排尿分叉，估计与泌尿生殖系统疾病相关，如尿道发炎、前列腺炎等。此时，由于尿道充血、肿胀、分泌物增多，尿液流动会受到影响。慢性炎症则会形成瘢痕，使尿液不能通畅排出。这类疾病除了有尿线分叉外，请问你还有没有常常伴有尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状？最好去医院检查下，看看有没有尿道有结石，或包皮过长、包茎，也会造成尿道外口部分狭窄的！总之长期分叉就要去检查.
