白浆一般是白带。正常情况下，女性阴道内会分泌少量的白色黏稠液体。
白带是由宫颈腺体细胞和子宫内膜腺体细胞分泌的一种无色、透明、黏性的液体，在月经周期的不同阶段，其性状也会有所不同。在排卵期时，由于体内雌激素水平升高，会导致宫颈黏液分泌增多，此时白带会呈现出稀薄、透明、拉丝度高，并且不易成形的特点。而在黄体期时，由于孕激素水平升高，会导致宫颈黏液分泌量减少，此时白带则会呈现为黏稠、量少的状态。
