飞机打多了，会有一些危害。
不过你还年轻，休息一段时间，多运动，不要打飞机，自然就恢复了。
第一次进不去，可以试着涂点润滑液。
或者互相口下，有水润滑了，硬度就算一般，也是可以进去的。
