确实，多用用包皮确实能翻出下来，但要循序渐进，我和楼主情况差不多，最开始的时候也是，包皮翻下来后勒的冠状沟很疼。后来有女朋友后慢慢的就好了，最开始是让她加润滑油用手轻轻撸（把包皮翻下来）慢慢适应了就不疼了。
友情提醒：如果能翻出龟头，轻易不要做割包皮手术，要做也最好在性成熟前。20多岁割包皮会导致性冷淡。（挂的专家号问的）
还有哦，我发现正常有性生活后，阴茎会尺寸会增加一些。我从最开始的能用手轻松翻下包皮，到现在自然勃起后龟头基本能全翻出来。
